I have lived in Santa Cruz County for over 35 years and have been a licensed California real estate salesperson for over 20 of them. Most of my business is referrals from past clients and I really enjoy meeting and making new ones every day.
Before becoming a real estate professional, I had been both a Buyer and a Seller numerous times. I remember that many times the agent seemed to care more about themselves than me, my needs, details, etc., and I vowed to never be that kind of agent. I understand how important it is to be a member of your Team. I believe that developing strong relationships is the key to a successful transaction and a lasting friendship.
